Watson Choi, CPA

  • Over 15 years of experience in auditing, mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO, and direct investments. Assisted asset management companies and listed companies in financing and acquisitions, with financing projects exceeding HKD 20 billion and acquisition projects involving over HKD 10 billion.

  • Previously served as an investment director of a listed company, director of asset management of a leading Chinese bank, and served as an independent non-executive director of a listed company in Hong Kong.

Edmund Ng, EMBA, CPA

  • Over 15 years of experience in investment banking and auditing, specializing in IPO projects, mergers and acquisitions, placement and rights issues, preferred shares, corporate bond issuances, and corporate financial audits. Has rich experience in planning and executing various projects and has been involved in over 50 IPOs and merger and acquisition projects.

  • Previously held positions in several large Chinese investment banks and participated in various corporate financing activities. Served as an independence non-executive director for multiple Hong Kong listed companies.

Leo Lim, CFA

  • Over 8 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, specializing in handling IPOs, pre-IPO transactions, restructuring, post-listing regulatory compliance, and governance matters

  • Previously served as a legal manager in the corporate finance department of an international law firm, as well as in a large Chinese investment bank. Has been involved in over 30 IPOs and merger and acquisition projects, with the total funds raised from IPO projects exceeding HKD 30 billion.

Marcus Chu, EMBA, CPA (Practicing), FCCA, ACIS, HKCG, CGMA

  • Holds a Master’s degree in Executive MBA Programme at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

  • With over 17 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and serving as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for listed companies. Assisted a Chinese real estate company in successfully listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and assisted a Hong Kong real estate company in successfully spinning off its hotel business and listing it on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

  • Over 16 years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge in IPO, M&A, listing rules, auditing, financial reporting, corporate secretaryship, transactions and treasury management.

  • Prepared profit and cash flow forecast, assisted in due diligence, financial information preparation and addressing regulators’ queries.
